Every Bay9 piece is made to order, just for you. Because of that, we don't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size, so please check the size chart before you order.

Damaged, defective or misprinted? Email bay9garagelabs@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send the item back.

Wrong address or lost parcel? Reach out and we'll sort it fast. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped for the cost of shipping.

Cancellations are possible within 12 hours of ordering, before your piece goes into production.
